We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and reliability of our expanding sites and equipment. You will adopt a hands-on leadership style, engaging, motivating, and mentoring your team members. A successful Maintenance Manager will possess strong project management, leadership, and technical expertise in manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing M&RE processes, including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), and the overall upkeep of multiple facilities.
- Inspiring and coaching a team of associate managers and technicians to foster a positive work environment that encourages employee feedback and drives internal improvements.
- Providing project management support for various maintenance initiatives.
- Managing relationships with outside vendors to facilitate both planned and emergency repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations and standards.
- Maintaining a current roster of contractors for efficient handling of emergency repairs.
- Collaborating with other departments in the distribution center to identify issues and develop improvement strategies.
- Promoting a culture centered on food safety, quality, and prioritizing safety in all operations.
- Filling in for the Associate Maintenance Manager as needed, whether due to call-offs or PTO requests.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution sector.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required.
- A strong sense of integrity and ethics, with a proven ability to follow through on commitments.
