A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields). Individuals at all career stages are encouraged to apply, from enthusiastic recent graduates to seasoned professionals. Capability to analyze and repair PCBs and equipment effectively. Able to collaborate within a team to share technical knowledge. Proficient in conducting technical discussions with equipment suppliers and engineering teams. Understanding of the interrelationships between quality, cost, and delivery.

About the job

  • Execute maintenance tasks as outlined in the maintenance plan, focusing on machinery and calibration tasks.
  • Investigate and analyze equipment downtimes, conducting thorough mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs to ensure equipment readiness in line with engineering specifications.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues on measurement boards and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
  • Align equipment both mechanically and electrically, adhering to supplier specifications.
  • Independently adapt and extend circuit diagrams to meet engineering requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for scheduling and addressing inquiries from equipment suppliers, including monitoring deadlines and engaging in technical discussions.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to devise strategies aimed at minimizing failures, improving quality and production output, and reducing costs.
  • Examine and repair carrier failures, conducting necessary maintenance.
  • Commission carriers in accordance with specifications.
  • Ensure all modifications receive approval and align with lead plant engineering standards.
  • Take responsibility for 8D reporting and managing lot disposals.
  • Provide training to operators in collaboration with production management.
  • Carry out responsibilities within the production environment.
  • Support FMEA and Control Plan initiatives.
  • Guarantee the availability of essential spare parts.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
