As a Maintenance Technician at CCG Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery and facility. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components, ensuring that our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and auditory assessments of machinery to identify malfunctions.
- Dismantle equipment to access and resolve issues.
- Measure and inspect parts to identify wear, misalignment, or other concerns.
- Test machinery functionality following repairs to ensure proper operation.
- Utilize hand and power tools to remove, repair, or replace defective components.
- Set up and use metalworking tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders for part creation and repair.
- Diagnose issues with automated equipment using Programmable Logic Controllers, making necessary program adjustments.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
- Maintain cleanliness and lubrication of machinery components.
- Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
