Education:Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field. Equivalent experience, military training, or vocational education may be recognized. Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, or electromechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or field service environment is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a manufacturing equipment technician or field technician. Strong understanding of PLCs, sensors, VFDs, motors, and control systems. Familiarity with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation. Soft Skills:Excellent troubleshooting and logical thinking abilities.

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and shop equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all systems and machinery operate safely and efficiently while actively participating in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain production and shop equipment in optimal condition under the direction of the Equipment Maintenance Manager.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment faults with precision.
Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to uphold equipment reliability.
Document repairs, parts usage, and PM activities in the CMMS or similar maintenance software.
Install, align, and calibrate mechanical and electrical components as required.
Utilize precision tools such as calipers, multimeters, and alignment devices for diagnostics.
Support continuous improvement efforts and undertake additional duties as assigned.
