Qualifications

• Age: No restrictions.• Education: Technical degree or engineering in maintenance, electromecánica, or mechatronics.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.• Prior knowledge in electricity, control and industrial automation, and intermediate-level industrial mechanics.• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and Variable Frequency Drives. Familiarity with safety culture in machinery, energy lockout, and safe work practices.• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

About the job

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our facility located in Tlalnepantla. If you meet the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position:

• Proficient understanding of industrial sensors.

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

• Strong adherence to safety protocols in machinery, including energy lockout procedures and safe working practices.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance orders on industrial electromechanical production equipment (mechanical, electrical, automation, and control) efficiently.

• Preferably seeking individuals for development who reside near Tlalnepantla de Baz and surrounding areas.

• Preferred qualifications include a degree in Industrial Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field, with a stronger focus on electrical knowledge and a basic interest in industrial mechanics.

• Proven experience in maintenance roles.

• Provide technical support for maintenance during production shifts according to the shift schedule.

• Maintain key performance indicators for the maintenance program and equipment downtime.

• Technical support for operation teams (engineering, processes, EHS, etc.) in process improvement initiatives.
