The technician will lead troubleshooting efforts and support the property management team in maintaining high standards for building operations and resident satisfaction. What you will do Lead troubleshooting and make adjustments to control systems for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems. Maintain the property’s physical assets as directed by management, using advanced maintenance knowledge. Address deficiencies found during preventative maintenance inspections promptly. Work closely with Maintenance Technicians to carry out the community’s Preventative Maintenance Program. Deliver exemplary customer service and respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours. Communicate professionally and promptly with residents, vendors, and property management about maintenance services. Stay current on building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws to ensure compliance with all guidelines. Be willing to work weekends or evenings and remain on-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.
