Key Responsibilities
SaaS Consumption Billing & Data Processing
Oversee inbound consumption data feeds to accurately compute monthly usage-based billing for cloud software partners.
Ensure accuracy by validating and scrubbing data from various systems for tenant-level precision across consumption, contracts, and rate card data.
Implement new contracts, amendments, and tier updates; reconcile discrepancies between SFDC and internal rate card tables.
Identify, validate, and map various cloud tenants (new, conversions, or legacy) to guarantee comprehensive billing capture.
MSP Partner Reporting & Communication
Manage all outbound MSP scorecards, consumption reports, and tailored partner summaries for monthly billing cycles.
Convert internal consumption data into partner-facing reports, emphasizing usage trends, overages, and renewal triggers.
Collaborate with MSP account managers to verify data with partners, ensuring accurate billing communications.
Assist in partner reconciliation meetings by preparing detailed analyses of usage, overage, and underage metrics.
Maintain master MSP mappings, ensuring Prime/Sub relationships are accurately represented across datasets.
Automation & Process Improvement
Promote consistency and efficiency in manual billing workflows—from tenant identification to monthly data uploads.
Identify opportunities for automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
