Position Overview
Enable Dental is on the lookout for a dynamic Manager of Clinical Initiatives & Implementation. This pivotal role will be instrumental in orchestrating the planning, execution, and scaling of clinical, operational, technology, vendor, and care delivery initiatives throughout the organization.
We are seeking a clinically astute and results-driven leader capable of transforming complex or ambiguous priorities into actionable workflows, implementation plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), decision documents, training materials, vendor evaluations, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in dental or healthcare operations, clinical project management, process improvement, software or vendor implementation, and cross-functional change management. Comfort in managing a focused portfolio of initiatives, typically encompassing one to three active projects at a time, is essential depending on complexity.
This role transcends that of a traditional coordinator. The Manager, Clinical Initiatives & Implementation is expected to deliver high-quality work products directly, synthesize information swiftly, support decision-making, and facilitate the transition of initiatives from concept to execution.
Role Scope
The responsibilities of this role may encompass a wide array of initiatives related to clinical operations, patient care delivery, provider workflows, vendor performance, software adoption, quality improvement, data visibility, operational efficiency, compliance support, training, and scalable care model development.
Specific project areas may shift over time based on company priorities. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to navigate diverse clinical and operational domains while showcasing discretion, adaptability, and a commitment to execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead clinical, operational, technology, vendor, or care delivery initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Translate leadership priorities into comprehensive project plans, workstreams, timelines, risks, decisions, deliverables, and success metrics.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among clinical leadership, operations, field teams, technology, compliance, procurement, finance, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify obstacles, decision points, dependencies, and implementation risks at an early stage.
- Ensure projects progress from dialogue to documented decisions, action plans, pilot phases, rollout, measurement, and refinement.
