We are seeking a dynamic individual to propel DoorDash's next billion-dollar venture, DashMart. The DashMart team is dedicated to redefining the convenience store experience, providing household essentials, groceries, and local restaurant favorites delivered right to our customers' doorsteps.
About the Role
As the Manager of our DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will lead a dedicated team of two associates and manage high-impact initiatives from conception through execution. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans, precise execution, and analyzing results to guide future decisions. You will oversee annual volume planning and forecasting, as well as deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product, category management, and finance, you will identify and amplify growth opportunities. You will focus on initiatives that enhance customer conversion through tailored shopping experiences, in-app merchandising, and occasion-driven strategies. This position reports to the Director of DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations within our New Verticals organization and allows for a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote work.
