About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Financial Planning & Strategic Finance who will take charge of financial planning and act as a strategic partner for one of our essential business segments. This position will focus on commercial aspects, working closely with product leadership, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize deal economics, and instill financial discipline. You will gain comprehensive experience across all P&L components, including revenue recognition, margin optimization, capital allocation, and cash flow management. Additionally, you will contribute to building the infrastructure and tools necessary for scaling this segment in a fast-paced pre-IPO environment.
What You'll Do
Business Partnership & Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships and serve as the primary finance partner to segment and product leadership in Sales and Operations. Provide actionable, data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
Revenue Forecasting & Analytics: Conduct thorough revenue forecasting and analysis to support informed business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
