About the Role
As the Manager - Ground Systems Engineering, you will lead a team of up to 15 engineers responsible for the design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance of systems that support Rocket Lab’s launch vehicles and spacecraft. Your oversight will extend to large-scale test stands, tooling, and launch pad systems, including vehicle-to-pad interfaces, fluid systems, structures, mechanisms, power systems, and instrumentation.
This role emphasizes the introduction of cutting-edge technologies aimed at automating and optimizing test and launch operations while enhancing reliability across Rocket Lab's facilities in New Zealand and the United States.
