The Role
As the Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics Engineering at Peregrine, you will be instrumental in defining the architecture, access, and application of data throughout the organization. You will lead the development and implementation of our analytics infrastructure, collaborating with teams in Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to convert raw data into meaningful insights and actionable strategies.

What You'll Do
- Own and expand our data warehouse to accommodate a rapidly growing product and Go-To-Market ecosystem.
- Design and sustain ETL pipelines using dbt to integrate data from various tools, applications, and external platforms.
- Create clean, reusable data models to support reporting needs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Develop dashboards and analyses to identify trends in revenue, product usage, and customer behavior.
- Establish data quality checks and alerts to guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of data.
- Assist in planning and forecasting by collaborating with teams to define KPIs and create predictive models.
What We Look For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Engineer within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and best practices for data modeling.
- Expertise in dbt, modern data warehouses (such as Snowflake or BigQuery), and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
