Position Overview
Job Title: Manager of Competitive Programs
Job Summary: The Manager of Competitive Programs will spearhead the competitive live operations leading to the Pokémon World Championships across multiple product categories. This role encompasses overseeing a team dedicated to the planning and execution of competitive events, collaborating with game developers to formulate long-term strategies, assessing the competitive landscape, and designing systems to qualify players from North America, Europe, Latin America, MESA, and Oceania for the annual Pokémon World Championships. A key focus will be on enhancing player engagement year over year.
