Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach team members to maximize their strengths and achieve peak performance.
- Lead a team of data engineers and operations specialists.
- Establish and oversee solutions for our data platform, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain the data platform, including CI/CD/CT pipelines.
- Leverage team strengths through effective delegation.
- Support team and individual priorities to cultivate a positive culture aligned with Smartsheet values.
