What you will do Clarify business requests by asking questions, then translate those needs into technical Salesforce solutions. Design, build, and maintain intermediate to advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Autolaunched) to automate insurance processes. Manage complex data models and perform accurate data loading using tools such as Demand Tools, ensuring data relationships stay intact. Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, sharing rules, and automation to keep systems running smoothly.
