Mediabrands is seeking a proactive and analytical Manager of Growth Analytics to join our dynamic Analytics, Decision Sciences, and Research team. This role involves collaborating with key internal stakeholders and clients to drive measurement, insights, and performance optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will possess an inquisitive mindset, adeptly leveraging data, tools, and analytical techniques to uncover deep insights and narratives. As a subject matter expert, you will continuously seek to expand your expertise and enhance our analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of ongoing analytics and measurement programs tailored for media planning and investment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create comprehensive measurement plans that establish campaign performance benchmarks, media objectives, and a robust statistical framework.
- Oversee the management of dashboards and insights programs that span across campaigns, competitive intelligence, and audience analytics.
- Direct brand health survey research initiatives, which include insights development, presentation creation, and optimization recommendations, in partnership with external measurement providers such as comScore, Research Now, and Kantar.
- Facilitate effective client communication, addressing reporting needs, requests, and inquiries.
- Manage timelines for dashboards and various client insights deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Required Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of advertising measurement and analytics, with a proven ability to provide actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Experience in deriving insights from third-party ad serving and digital analytics/attribution tools, including DoubleClick, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Visual IQ.
- Proficient in statistical analysis methodologies, including test design and sample requirements.
- Expertise in at least one statistical programming language such as R or Python.
- Strong capability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau and Datorama.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4-5 years of analytical experience, preferably within the advertising or media sectors.
- General programming knowledge in SQL, Python, and Excel VBA.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to thrive under pressure and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Experience in developing customized measurement solutions, including survey design and implementation.
