Manager of Internal Controls

Minimum RequirementsA combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certification: CPA or CIA preferred. Experience: At least five (5) years in public accounting and SOX/internal controls, regulatory compliance, and reporting. Key Skills:• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proven integrity and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.• Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.• Ability to engage effectively with all management levels.• Understanding of organizational interdependencies and cultural nuances to foster internal relationships.• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
