Aurora is on the lookout for a skilled Manager of Map Production to lead a vital segment of our Mapping Operations team. This role involves overseeing a team of subject matter experts tasked with ensuring high-quality map annotations, enforcing policies, and resolving escalations while enhancing performance and efficiency across a global vendor workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess robust operational leadership, process optimization, and performance management skills. You will be instrumental in developing scalable workflows, establishing clear documentation and standards, and leveraging data to continuously enhance production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 trained Operators through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage the performance of a large, globally distributed workforce using data-driven management systems and standardized procedures.
- Define and ensure the achievement of production targets for throughput, quality, and productivity.
