About the Role

The Marketing Analytics Manager will spearhead analytical initiatives aimed at enhancing and understanding marketing performance, sales efficiency, client retention, and overall customer lifetime value. This pivotal role will engage in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, product, and sales teams to provide actionable insights aligned with company objectives. The manager will take a hands-on approach, delving deep into data for specialized analyses while maintaining a strategic overview.

A successful candidate will rapidly develop a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and adeptly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. We seek a results-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Top candidates will possess exceptional data analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to conduct insightful analyses of major sales and marketing strategies, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders, proposing actionable solutions for non-analytical partners, including Senior Leadership.
  • Redefine and challenge existing company marketing and acquisition KPIs critical to achieving organizational and business unit goals.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track essential metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to define testing and experimental design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related analytical discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel, with a solid understanding of dataset manipulation techniques.
