About the role
As a Manager within our Operational Deals (Integration & Separation) team, you will engage with experienced colleagues to guide multi-stakeholder, cross-border, and domestic pre-and post-deal advisory projects. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Interpath's reputation as a leading provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services.
Your contributions will be essential in delivering a diverse range of projects that involve pre- and post-deal carve-outs, integration strategies, operational value optimization, performance enhancements, cost efficiency strategies, and the development of Target Operating Models. You will directly assist companies in the midst of transformation, significantly influencing their future success and growth trajectory.
