About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders to tackle business challenges related to internal processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying key business processes, defining requirements, mapping processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and developing or reengineering processes to enhance operational efficiency. You will oversee the end-to-end program development and support our teams in achieving a top-tier, service-oriented operation by implementing operational frameworks and methodologies.
You will report directly to the Director of Process Improvement.
Work Location: This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia. While this role is currently remote, our work model may evolve over time to include a hybrid approach that may require occasional presence at your local hub office. #LI-Remote
Salary Transparency: The base salary for this position ranges from $105,818 to $138,886 annually. Additionally, employees are eligible for benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation policy, and annual performance bonuses.
