Role overview
The Manager of Sales Strategy & Planning leads the design and oversight of global Sales Incentive Plans. Success in this role means translating business goals into compensation structures that comply with regulations and function effectively day to day. The position requires close partnership with senior leaders in Finance, Revenue Operations, and go-to-market teams to create incentive programs that support sales performance, manage costs, and contribute to company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and govern global Sales Incentive Plans, making sure they align with business targets and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Finance, Revenue Operations, and go-to-market leadership to develop and refine incentive programs.
- Balance the need to drive performance with cost management in all compensation frameworks.
- Mentor and support the Senior Commission Analyst, encouraging analytical rigor and continuous improvement within the team.
