The Role: Manager of Solutions Engineering (Presales)

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering (Presales), you will spearhead a team of technical specialists, acting as the essential link between our sales organization and prospective clients. Your role will be pivotal in executing technical evaluations with precision, ensuring our deepfake detection platform is effectively positioned to resolve customer challenges, and cultivating your team into trusted technical advisors for enterprise and government stakeholders.

This position demands extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the capability to translate intricate AI and cybersecurity concepts into tangible business benefits. You will build and scale a high-performing team that drives technical wins, shortens sales cycles, and ensures customers fully grasp the capabilities of our multi-modal detection platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a repeatable demo and POC/Trial program that empowers the GTM team with self-serve capabilities.

  • Oversee intricate technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot programs that illustrate the value of Reality Defender's detection capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, conduct technical discovery, and design solutions that address customer needs in fraud prevention, brand protection, and content integrity.

  • Define the technical sales process and pre-sales methodology, ensuring it aligns with the overall go-to-market strategy.

  • Deliver and facilitate engaging technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase our capabilities.
