As the Manager of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the execution of our long-term strategic initiatives through effective cross-functional project management and insightful strategy development. You will lead critical projects that encompass defining timelines, creating and managing project plans, and driving deliverables while collaborating with your team to monitor progress and navigate obstacles.

This position is based out of our North Vancouver office and requires on-site presence.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Strategy team operates within the Brand Marketing function, collaborating closely with the executive leadership to develop, prioritize, and oversee our corporate strategies. This team engages cross-functionally to ensure we meet our long-term strategic objectives and goals. By providing strategic insights and frameworks, we facilitate strategy development, cross-functional alignment, and informed decision-making at the executive level. Our expertise lies in translating complex, unstructured challenges into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. We lead the company’s long-range strategic planning process and conduct quarterly business reviews to align our strategy with our annual operating budget and objectives.
