ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership & CoachingManage and nurture a team of Relationship Managers focused on proactive retention. Establish clear expectations and mentor the team to achieve KPIs related to outreach, engagement, and renewal forecasting. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team check-ins centered on performance, supplier experience, and continuous enhancement. Promote career growth, skill development, and employee engagement. Operational OversightSupervise task assignments, account coverage, and adherence to lifecycle playbooks. Ensure accurate documentation of supplier interactions in Salesforce. Monitor team performance metrics and drive execution toward established goals. Maintain high visibility into risk indicators and proactively remove obstacles to team success. Strategic Execution & Process ImprovementCollaborate with the Director and cross-functional peers to refine lifecycle retention strategies. Provide insights on health scoring, automation, and engagement tactics. Work alongside Sales, Support, Product, and Billing to address friction points. Contribute to programmatic improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Manager of Supplier Relationship Management, you will spearhead a dynamic team of Relationship Managers dedicated to enhancing retention within a select portfolio of high-priority supplier accounts. Your primary focus will be on coaching, executing processes, and providing strategic guidance to minimize churn, elevate supplier satisfaction, and ensure a consistent, value-rich experience.
You will adeptly balance daily operational management with strategic alignment to broader lifecycle initiatives. Success in this role hinges on exceptional people leadership, proficiency in CRM systems, and a fervent commitment to enhancing customer experiences through proactive engagement and scalable processes.
