Proven experience in PLM and CAD systems management, preferably in the aerospace industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team. Expertise in digital tools and processes related to product development lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of engineering BOM (EBOM) and manufacturing BOM (MBOM) processes. Familiarity with compliance standards in the aerospace sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team dedicated to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital tools and processes that support the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless integration across design, manufacturing, certification, and production phases of our eVTOL aircraft programs.
  • Oversee enterprise CAD and PLM tool deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Guarantee system integration and data integrity across all engineering disciplines, including configuration management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and support all PLM and CAD applications to ensure high availability and efficient performance for end users.
  • Perform technical assignments as needed to support ongoing projects or ad-hoc needs within the PLM or CAD tool area.
  • Oversee the design and implementation/optimization of release processes for design data.
  • Manage Engineering BOM (EBOM) tools to support product structure management and configuration control of design data and product structure.
  • Handle MCAD/ECAD/Wiring by managing tools that facilitate mechanical, electrical, and wire harness design integration.
  • Support design for manufacturability processes and engineering change management.
  • Lead the implementation of tooling and processes to define, release, and maintain MBOMs using Siemens Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) or EasyPlan Bill of Process (BOP) & Routings.
  • Implement tools and processes to ensure compliance with aerospace documentation standards (e.g., AS9100).
