About the Team

As a Sales Development Manager at Stripe, you will spearhead our growth initiatives by leading a dynamic team of inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). We seek a proactive individual with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments and effectively navigating ambiguity. Ideal candidates will have experience in scaling technology Sales Development teams and possess exceptional communication skills. We adopt a data-driven approach to Sales Development, and we are in search of someone passionate about building effective sales processes, articulating Stripe’s value proposition, and developing vital tools and metrics for success.
