Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our Retail Systems engineering team.
You will be responsible for shaping the technical vision, roadmap, and execution of systems that drive Alo’s retail operations and omnichannel experiences.
This role operates at the crossroads of retail technology, store launches, physical operations, and platform reliability.
Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure our store systems are scalable, dependable, and effective.
A strong technical acumen, hands-on architectural expertise, and demonstrated leadership in a retail context are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor a dynamic team of engineers, nurturing a culture of high performance and accountability.
Attract and retain top engineering talent; conduct performance evaluations and support professional development plans.
