Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with complex electromechanical systems. Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and quality assurance methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and suppliers.
