Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or any ERP systems integrated with powder coating equipment is a plus. Expert in developing, evaluating, and enhancing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold quality standards. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to support new product introductions through process design, prototyping, and validation. Conduct time studies, workflow assessments, and capacity planning for production line optimization. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions, and provide technical support to production teams. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
