Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or materials management, preferably in a high-tech or aerospace environment. Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and automation technologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with RFID systems is a plus.
