ABOUT THE TEAM:

Join Anduril’s Missiles Manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer, Missiles, where you will spearhead the development of manufacturing processes for our sophisticated defense products. This dynamic team is tasked with rapidly iterating and producing groundbreaking technology for advanced missiles.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, Missiles, you will be instrumental in defining the manufacturing design within Anduril’s Missile division. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring optimal production quality while supporting the development and rollout of new products across multiple program designs. This role encompasses the entire manufacturing value chain, from Design for Manufacturability to tool design and selection, process creation and optimization, vendor sourcing and collaboration, quality planning, and hardware production documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oversee the manufacturing of assigned products from initial prototyping through large-scale production.
  • Collaborate with design engineers during the development phase to implement design for manufacturing best practices and facilitate the transition from design to prototype to full production.
  • Manage documentation required for efficient manufacturing of product group hardware at scale, including MBOMs, work instructions, and requirements.
  • Provide guidance on quality management and business application programs related to manufacturing in your specialty.
  • Work closely with internal customers and manufacturing planning teams to define capacity planning actions to meet customer needs and expectations.
