OnLogic seeks a full-time Manufacturing Technician to join the Operations Team in South Burlington, Vermont. This associate-level position focuses on assembling, testing, packaging, and supporting custom computer systems. The role values adaptability and a willingness to learn, with team input shaping ongoing process improvements. What you will do Work across multiple areas within Operations, including Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Technical Support. Assemble, validate, and package computer systems to meet both company and customer quality standards. Support team accountability to maintain productivity and reach targets. Collaborate with other teams to enhance production processes. Assist in testing and validating new products for hardware, mechanical, and software compatibility. About the Operations Team The Operations group at OnLogic manages the building, testing, packaging, and shipping of technology to customers worldwide. Team members pay close attention to detail and quality, ensuring reliable and configurable systems. Cross-training allows the team to adjust quickly to changing production needs. The group covers a range of functions, including computer production, hardware testing, fulfillment, supply chain management, product and process quality, production engineering, and technical support.
