Position Overview:

In line with this commitment, we are focused on developing our on-site teams to advance customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead validation efforts for new manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Create and execute process validation protocols and reports, meticulously documenting findings and ensuring effective implementation.
Work with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and establish project timelines.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to guarantee the successful implementation of validated processes.
Continuously enhance and optimize existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues, ensuring compliance with validation protocols.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in process validation (including TMV, CSV) in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated success in implementing process validation strategies and ensuring compliance.
