Your Role:
As a trusted partner in delivering exceptional lifecycle services to regulated and high-risk markets, Catalyx is steadfast in our commitment to innovation and excellence. We collaborate with life sciences and other regulated organizations to enhance operational efficiency and drive success. We are continually enhancing our on-site teams to support and advance our customers' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead validation efforts for new manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Design and execute process validation protocols and reports, maintaining thorough documentation of findings and ensuring successful implementation.
Work with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and timelines.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful rollout of validated processes.
Continuously enhance and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring compliance with validation protocols and procedures.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in process validation (including TMV, CSV) within a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated success in implementing process validation strategies and driving compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
