KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Ensure optimal uptime of EMI equipment (including Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma, Taping, Mounting, and De-taping) by adhering to performance goals.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to facilitate uninterrupted production workflows.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Execute all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and equipment conversions within designated timelines.
- Aim for zero issues post-maintenance.
- Performance Improvement:
- Enhance Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to achieve or surpass targets.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and resolve recurring problems to boost equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the engineering team to execute process enhancements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Keep comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing equipment status and any discrepancies from goals.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety procedures and ensure maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in Safety and 6S audits and training sessions.
