Educational Requirements:Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience:Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with a strong understanding of SMT equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with mechanical equipment and processes, including machine troubleshooting and alarm management. Responsible for monitoring machine status during shifts and conducting conversions. Attention to quality issues and proactive project follow-up. Experience in machine and tooling preventive maintenance. Ability to generate reports focusing on machine alarm analysis and troubleshooting. Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide shift support to ensure uninterrupted operation of the production line and maintain optimal equipment performance to achieve targets related to uptime, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle time.
  • Collaborate with the production team to report machine status and issues to the Electrical Engineering (EE) Leader and Engineers.
  • Execute line conversions and complete First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Possess hands-on experience with SMT machinery including NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, and RBM.
  • Assist the technical team in minimizing machine downtime and enhancing Mean Time Between Accepts (MTBA) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  • Support Engineers in project follow-ups and improvements.
  • Contribute to project improvement proposals.
  • Provide training sessions for operators on machine operations to enhance their skills.
  • Manage spare parts distribution and replacements, maintaining accurate records for tracking purposes.
  • This role necessitates consistent and reliable presence to meet operational and team objectives.
