Required Qualifications:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with knowledge of SMT and MA Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM, Manual Assembly Jig/Equipment). Familiarity with mechanical equipment and processes, as well as machine troubleshooting and alarm management. Accountability for shift machine status checks and conversions. Strong attention to quality issues and project follow-up. Experience in machine and tooling preventive maintenance. Capability in report generation, focusing on machine alarm analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide shift support for the continuous production line, ensuring optimal equipment performance to achieve targets for uptime, yield, cost efficiency, utilization, and cycle time.
  • Assist in production reporting by updating the online machine status and addressing issues with the EE Leader and Engineer.
  • Carry out line conversions and complete First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Proficiently operate SMT and MA machines, including NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM, and Mechanical Jigs/Equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to minimize machine downtime and enhance Mean Time Between Failures (MTBA) and Mean Time To Repair (MTBF).
  • Support engineering projects and improvements through effective follow-ups.
  • Submit project improvement proposals.
  • Provide training to Operators on machine operations to enhance their skills.
  • Manage spare parts distribution and replacements while maintaining accurate tracking records.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance to meet operational and team objectives in alignment with the company’s schedule.
