Our dedicated team spearheads initiatives to enhance awareness of disease states, narrow treatment gaps, and facilitate efficient care delivery, ultimately improving patient outcomes and system-level value across vascular and neurovascular disease states.
The Market Access Analytics Manager plays a critical role in selecting suitable data sources for developing insightful reports and dashboards that leverage Real-World Evidence for market access strategies. This position is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, encompassing strategy formulation, study design, tool development, analysis, and presentation of findings to internal teams. Collaborating closely with statisticians, data managers, clinical teams, Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), data vendors, IT, Reimbursement & Health Economics, and Quality Assurance (QA), the Market Access Analytics Manager delivers analytical reports and tools that enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, execute, and oversee market access research activities to strengthen the value proposition of Penumbra's offerings.
• Identify and address evidence gaps for Penumbra products, proposing study designs to tackle critical research questions, developing comprehensive project plans, conducting analyses using appropriate statistical methodologies and software, interpreting results, and effectively communicating findings to senior leadership. Prepare results for review and publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Market Access teams to ensure accurate data entry in manuscripts, presentations, and abstracts as necessary.
• Partner with HEOR/Market Access teams and key stakeholders to facilitate market adoption of significant products while advancing understanding of specific disease areas.
• Provide research guidance to external research vendors and internal analysts involved in Real-World Evidence studies utilizing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) data or data sourced from data conveners.
• Offer research support to physicians interested in analyzing practice patterns within their hospitals or health systems for publication or podium presentations.
• Generate evidence to demonstrate the economic value of company products through economic evaluations, retrospective claims database analyses, and literature reviews.
• Identify areas where market access can address challenges faced by emerging technologies and commercially marketed products, effectively communicating business impacts to senior management.
• Collaborate with the market access team to refine user requirement specifications for market access data analysis tools and reports.
