The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Marketing Budget & Operations Analyst to be the financial backbone of our marketing team. In this operational role, you will excel in managing spreadsheets, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring budget accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management & PO Processing
- Budget Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on budget pacing, variances, and comparisons of planned versus actual spending.
- End-to-End PO Management: Oversee the creation, submission, and tracking of all Marketing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Budget Tracking: Maintain and update master budget trackers in real-time, providing teams with visibility into committed spending across various categories (Events, Digital, Content).
- Accrual Management: Monitor and manage accruals for the marketing department, ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
