The Role:
You will craft and execute an annual marketing plan designed to optimize our budget, enhance traffic to the property, and elevate the tenant experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing sales and traffic trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Planning and executing multiple engaging events monthly from inception to completion.
- Managing public relations efforts, including creating compelling press releases and tracking media coverage.
- Overseeing our digital presence across our website and social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Coordinating with retail partners to promote marketing activities and support on-site programming.
- Implementing paid media campaigns across digital, out-of-home, and print channels.
- Managing the production and distribution of promotional materials.
- Collaborating with the GM to identify revenue-generating opportunities, such as pop-ups and brand partnerships.
- Reviewing and understanding the marketing budget alongside financial reports.
- Participating in various management meetings as needed.
