Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially astute professional who can design and expand merchant-funded promotional packages across various marketing channels. This role centers on transforming marketing visibility into structured, marketable products that generate additional revenue and measurable outcomes for our partners.

You will be responsible for defining packaging, pricing, and value propositions while coordinating execution across marketing, campaign, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Package Design and Monetization

  • Develop standardized promotional packages that integrate multiple marketing channels, including both paid and managed options.
  • Establish pricing frameworks, packaging tiers, and commercial positioning strategies.
  • Identify underutilized marketing opportunities and convert them into scalable products.

Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance the positioning and selling of promotional packages.
  • Assist in prioritizing merchants and opportunities that present the highest revenue potential.

Execution and Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing channel owners and campaign teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and consistency in sponsored promotions.

Performance and Optimization

  • Monitor revenue, return on investment, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports to showcase value and support ongoing business.
  • Continuously optimize promotional strategies based on performance data.
