This Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will infuse analytical thinking, curiosity, and strategic insight into our newly established team. Your role will be pivotal in driving Commercial Excellence at AcuityMD, establishing best practices across revenue strategy, analytics, sales processes, and technology management that will yield immediate and long-term results as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Optimize HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads throughout our marketing funnel, ensuring precise data capture and reporting across campaigns.
- Marketing Resource Allocation: Evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels to assess Marketing ROI and guide future resource distribution.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee the management of our marketing technology stack (including HubSpot, UserGems, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.), ensuring effective integration and utilization to support SDRs and marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, paid media partners, and analytics to manage comprehensive campaigns, ensuring timely execution aligned with marketing goals.
- Commercial Operations Support: Partner closely with Revenue Operations and marketing to streamline lead handoff processes, enhance visibility into lead progression, and provide actionable insights and reports to sales teams.
- Process Optimization: Assist the RevOps and Growth Manager in documenting and analyzing processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
