About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Program Manager for France to spearhead regional marketing initiatives that align with Elastic’s go-to-market strategies. Based in Paris, this role requires a strong on-site presence for events and sales collaboration. Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA North, you will be the driving force behind marketing execution in France, ensuring local relevance and measurable impact on our sales pipeline. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on position where you will closely collaborate with sales leadership and serve as the local marketing representative.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional marketing programs in France to drive sales pipeline, including events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, account-based marketing, and partner initiatives.
- Take charge of the entire process from planning to execution, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivering results independently.
- Be involved in all aspects of campaign execution, including email marketing, landing page development, logistics, and vendor management.
- Be present at major events, overseeing delivery, and acting as the primary contact for speakers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, present plans and results, and represent regional marketing efforts effectively.
- Ensure operational excellence in campaign setup, tracking, communications, and promotions—delivering on time and within budget.
- Measure performance and pipeline impact, ensuring effective follow-up with sales and continuously improving outcomes.
- Collaborate with product marketing, operations, digital teams, and partners to optimize marketing efforts.
