The Marketing Project Manager leads the operational delivery of cross-functional marketing campaigns. This fully remote position is based in Tampa, Florida, United States. The role centers on driving campaign execution, managing shifting priorities, and overseeing the systems and processes that keep marketing efforts on track.

This person coordinates Tier 1 and Tier 2 marketing initiatives across teams such as Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Demand Generation, RevOps, PR, and Events. The work goes beyond simple traffic management, focusing on disciplined execution so that marketing projects move smoothly from planning to launch. As marketing efforts become more complex, unified planning and clear execution are essential. This role helps ensure Appspace operates as a cohesive campaign engine.
