NETGEAR, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Technology Manager based in Cork, Ireland, working on a hybrid model with three days per week on site at the European headquarters.

Role overview

This position focuses on managing and optimizing NETGEAR's marketing technology ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on HubSpot and the broader Martech stack. The Marketing Technology Manager plays a central role in supporting scalable demand generation, streamlining lead management, and enabling data-driven decisions across global teams. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams is a key aspect, ensuring system integration, reliable data, and measurable results.

The role also includes driving the adoption of AI technologies to improve marketing operations, enhance targeting, and increase campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology & Automation
    • Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and the wider Martech stack.
    • Design and manage campaigns, workflows, customer segmentation, and lead lifecycle processes.
    • Maintain lead scoring models aligned with ideal customer profiles and sales readiness.
    • Ensure automation programs perform reliably through quality assurance and ongoing optimization.
  • Martech, Integrations & AI
    • Manage integrations across marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), web platforms, and third-party tools.
    • Oversee data flows, field mapping, and synchronization logic to maintain data consistency.
    • Monitor and resolve integration or data issues as they arise.
    • Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve automation, segmentation, and campaign outcomes.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, conversion funnels, pipeline status, and ROI.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses, including funnel diagnostics, attribution studies, and trend assessments.
