Required Qualifications:Technical high school diploma in Chemistry or IT. Solid understanding of analytical testing, instrumentation, lab quality control principles, and reporting logic. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root cause analysis and issue synthesis for quick resolution. Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration with IT developers, lab experts, and business stakeholders; a team-oriented mindset is essential. Proficiency in Excel (including macros) and Copilot. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with LIMS, along with knowledge of LIMS processes and lab workflows.

About the job

As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining SGS LIMS solutions to enhance our Digital Laboratory Program. In this position, you will collaborate effectively with both global and regional technical teams to ensure a seamless implementation that aligns with the program's objectives. Your responsibilities will also include managing the complete setup and lifecycle of the LIMS global template, guaranteeing full compliance with the Digital Laboratory Program strategy from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the global LIMS, including the creation of test methods and templates for master data collection.
  • Establish and enforce governance rules for test method structures and master data (e.g., regulatory limits, pricing, QC masks).
  • Promote the standardization of master data within LIMS and ensure adherence to business rules and global processes.
  • Validate global master data structures in accordance with business requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the global setup of LIMS and associated activities.
  • Ensure that quality standards and global processes are adhered to during the configuration and implementation of LIMS.
  • Collaborate closely with business process owners to design new test methods as needed.
  • Work in tandem with LIMS support teams to troubleshoot configuration and method-related challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of LIMS templates and guidelines.
  • Support the global rollout of LIMS in alignment with the objectives of the Digital Laboratory Program.
