Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have a graduate degree or diploma in any field, with relevant experience considered. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with SAP, or over 1 year in Vendor/Customer Master data management, particularly with a background in finance and banking, is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with international stakeholders and internal customers are also required.

Join our team as a Master Data Associate on the second shift, where you will play a crucial role in managing and creating Vendor and Customer Master data in alignment with the Vendor Master Data (VMD) process.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders for clarity on data creation, integrating Vendor/Customer data into MDM, and extending these entries to relevant company codes. You will also be responsible for creating Vendor/Customer Bank Data in SAP and ensuring the effective distribution of this data across various ERP systems.
Key tasks include running data validation procedures, verifying and correcting master data, and validating documents to ensure compliance with VMD processes and policies. You will record errors for team training and reference, develop measures to prevent future errors, and actively participate in team reviews and updates of the master data.
Effective communication with team members and collaboration to achieve team objectives are vital. You will coordinate with buyers and sister companies, promote continuous improvement, and embody the spirit of teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.
