Key Responsibilities
- Engage in various product operation tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and diverse material handling functions utilizing forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and more.
- Prepare and affix necessary labels and documentation for shipments and packages.
- Support the loading and unloading of delivery trucks efficiently.
- Assemble products and materials following detailed instructions, including assembly diagrams and verbal guidance.
- Accurately pick and pack items as per transfer orders.
- Contribute to cycle counts and maintain compliance with ShipDesk metrics and reporting.
- Perform data entry and maintain transactional records in Esri's software systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means to provide updates and necessary follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in computer operations, including email, scanners, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of thriving under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and adapt to a warehouse setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts and stock pickers.
- Current or prior California OSHA forklift certification.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- Experience in shipping, order picking, inventory control, or production assembly.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping terms and procedures.
