Key Responsibilities:Conduct research, testing, and selection of material systems and processes for the mass production of large UAS. Validate material properties through advanced simulation and rigorous testing. Design processes for the assembly of structural components and full-scale aircraft assembly. Ensure production processes are validated through simulation and testing. Provide support to the structures design team in enhancing manufacturability. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a production environment focused on structural assembly.

In the role of Materials & Process Engineer, you will play a vital part in researching materials and developing processes tailored for the high-volume production of aircraft structures. Collaborating closely with the structures design team, your focus will be on integrating design optimizations that facilitate efficient production.
